Security by design is not a feature added at the end. It is the premise the entire system begins with.

We grew up alongside modern technology—watching the internet evolve from a curiosity, to a digital wild west, to an essential business platform, and finally into an all-encompassing part of daily life through social media, video, and AI.

That evolution has been incredible to watch, but it has also exposed a troubling pattern. Major businesses, hospitals, public institutions, credit reporting agencies, even the federal government have repeatedly lost sensitive customer, vendor, employee, and citizen information. Breaches have become common enough that even enormous incidents have become routine, small and medium enterprises don't even make the news anymore.

We took that lesson seriously in the design of both KnowledgeFlow and SupportFlow. A well-designed system, even when compromised, should expose no usable content: encrypted data, with no password conveniently stored beside it.
